Payment Options
To clear an Arrest Warrant, one of the following options must be chosen:
- Payment Plan – Contact the Court Clerk’s Office at (817-297-2201) for details on the required minimum down payment. If warrants have been referred to a collection agency, payment arrangements must be made directly with them. Payments made to the collection agency will not clear the warrant.
- Set the Case for Court – Warrants sent to a collection agency must be scheduled for a court appearance before any payment arrangements can be made.
- Pay in Full – The total amount of fines, costs, and fees must be paid in full.
