Payment Options
In order to clear an Arrest Warrant, you may choose 1 of 3 options:
- Payment Plan - Please call the Court Clerk's Office (817-297-2201) for details on the minimum amount required as a down payment. If warrants have been turned over to the Collection Agency, you must set up payment arrangements with them. Warrants will not be cleared when making payments to the collection firm.
- Set the Cases for Court - All warrants that are sent to our Collection Agency must be set for court before any type of payment arrangements can be made.
- Pay in Full - Pay fines, costs, and fees in full.
