Clearing a Fine
In order to clear a Capias Pro Fine:
- You must pay the balance owed in full.
- You may set the case up for court; however, the Capias Pro Fine will not be cleared. Therefore, you must appear in court before the Judge with an active Capias Pro Fine and could possibly be taken to jail from court. The judge will make that determination after speaking with you in court.
- The court will accept a partial payment; however, the Capias Pro Fine will not be cleared until all fines, costs, and fees are paid in full.
