Deadline for Motioning
The motion must be made within 10 days after a judgment of guilty has been rendered against you.
Granting a New Trial
The judge may, for good cause, grant a new trial if the judge considers that justice has not been done in the trial of the case.
Limitations
Only 1 new trial may be granted for each offense.
