Notice
If you do not take the course in the time required and/or fail to present the court with a certificate of completion, you are responsible to appear in front of the judge for the Show Cause Hearing date given on the Show Cause Order that is mailed to the address we have on file for you. Please make sure to keep your address current with the court while extended to take your Driving Safety Course.
Extension
If you have a good reason why you were unable to present your proof within the time required, the judge may but is not required to, grant you an extension.
Failure to Appear at Hearing
Your failure to be present at that hearing will result in a Capias Pro Fine being issued and an additional $50 warrant fee added to your balance, if your case is not fully disposed of within 30 days from the date of the Show Cause Hearing.
