Requirements
Failure to comply with all Deferred Disposition conditions requires the defendant to appear before the Judge on the Show Cause Hearing date listed in the Show Cause Order, which will be mailed to the address on file. It is important to keep the court informed of any address changes while on Deferred Disposition.
Failure to Appear at Hearing
Failure to appear at the scheduled hearing will result in a Capias Pro-fine being issued and a $50 warrant fee added to the balance if the case is not disposed of within 30 days of the Show Cause hearing.
