Requirements
If you fail to comply with all the conditions of the Deferred Disposition, you are responsible to appear before the Judge on the Show Cause Hearing date listed listed on the Show Cause Order that will be mailed to the address we have on file for you. Please make sure that you keep your address current with the court while on Deferred Disposition.
Failure to Appear at Hearing
Your failure to appear at the set hearing will result in a Capias Pro-fine being issued and an additional $50 warrant fee added to your balance, if your case is not disposed within 30 days of the Show Cause hearing.
