The Crowley Police Department has established an E-Commerce Exchange Zone at the Crowley Police Station located at 617 Bus. FM 1187 West. The E-Commerce Exchange program is intended to address safety concerns associated with online purchases from websites such as Craigslist, eBay, and other online e-commerce and trade websites.

- No fee to use the area
- Available any time – 24/7
- Conduct transactions in the designated area
- Change is not provided for cash transactions
- Recorded video surveillance – 24/7
- Property cannot be checked by police for possible theft status
- Individuals/license plates cannot be screened for criminal background
