Voting By Mail

Eligibility

To be eligible to vote early by mail in Texas, you must:
  1. Be 65 years or older; or
  2. Be disabled; or
  3. Be out of the county on Election Day and during the period of early voting by personal appearance; or
  4. Be confined in jail, but otherwise eligible to vote.

To request an application to vote by mail in the City of Crowley General Elections, please contact the City Secretary by phone at (817) 297-2201 ext 4000 or via ckonhauser [at] ci.crowley.tx.us (email).  An application (PDF) (Spanish) can also be downloaded at the bottom of the page and either faxed or emailed (see below) once completed.


Instructions for submitting an Application for Ballot by Mail:
  1. Complete sections 1 through 8.
  2. Sign and date section 9.
  3. If you were unable to sign the application and someone witnessed your signature, that person must complete Section 11.
  4. If someone helped you complete the application or mailed the application for you, that person must complete Section 11.
  5. If mailing your application:
    1.      a.  If you printed the application you must place it in your own envelope and add postage.
    2.      b.  If you received an application form by mail - fold the application in half, moisten the top tab, seal, and add postage.
