The City of Crowley, Texas is accepting sealed bids for construction of:
South Texas Street Parking Lot Improvements.
The project is generally described as: a parking lot including pedestrian sidewalk, planting, and parking lot lighting, for the Crowley EDC, Texas as shown in plans prepared by Westwood Professional Services.
Plans, Specifications, and other Bidding Documents for this project may be examined without charge at the Crowley City Hall, 201 E Main Street, Crowley, Texas 76036, or a pdf copy may be obtained free of charge on https://www.civcastusa.com/ under the following project name South Texas Street Parking Lot Improvements from March 7, 2024 through March 19, 2024.
Bids will be accepted at the office of the City Secretary of the City of Crowley, 201 E Main Street, Crowley, Texas 76036 UNTIL March 21, 2024 at 10:00 AM. Bids shall be identified on the outside of the envelope with the following: Bids for South Texas Street Parking Lot Improvements, City of Crowley, Texas. Bids received after bid closing will be returned
unopened.
All bids received prior to the closing of the bid period will be publicly opened and read aloud at the City of Crowley City Hall, 201 E Main Street, Crowley, Texas 76036 beginning at 10:00 AM on March 21, 2024. Following bid opening, tabulation will be made for consideration of the Crowley EDC in awarding a contract.
The City of Crowley reserves the right, as the interest of the city may require, to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informality in bids received. No officer or employee of the City of Crowley shall have a financial interest, direct or indirect, in any contract with the City of Crowley.
