What is the cost of new service and what do you need?

Deposit - $135 (refundable upon closing account) Service Charge - $15 (non-refundable).  Bring the application or fill one out at City Hall. We will need to make a copy of your driver’s license and see proof of residencies such as a lease agreement or ownership documents.  The deposit and service charge is due with the application.

Where and how can I pay my water bill?

City Hall – 201 E Main 

Monday-Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

Night Drop – 201 E Main, City Hall parking lot below flag pole (picked up Monday - Friday by 8 a.m.)

Mail – 201 E. Main Crowley, TX 76036 

Payment methods – cash, check, money order, cashiers check, credit card online (processed Monday-Thursday by 4 p.m., and Friday at 11 a.m.)

Whom do I call for a water emergency?

During regular business hours, contact Public Works at 817-297-2201 ext. 3200 or Utility Billing at 817-297-2201 ext. 1010 or ext. 1020.  For after-hours emergencies, call the non-emergency police department dispatch at 817-297-2276.
