I need to have my water turned off so I can repair a leak (i.e., dripping faucet, running toilet)?

Monday-Thursday, 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m., and Friday, 7:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m., please call Utility Billing at 817-297-2201 ext. 1010 or ext. 1020, or Public Works at 817-97-2201 ext. 3200. All repairs must be completed by 4 p.m. in order for the water to be reconnected on the same day.

My sewer backed up, what do I do?

My street light is out. Whom do I call to get it repaired?

Street lights are maintained by Oncor Electric Delivery. For street light service or maintenance, please call Oncor Electric Delivery at 888-313-4747. You can also call Crowley Public Works at 817-297-2201 ext. 3200.

There is a pothole in my street. Whom do I call to get it repaired?

Please contact Crowley Public Works at 817-297-2201 ext. 3200. If the street is FM 731 (Crowley Road) or FM 1187 Bypass, please contact TX DOT at 817-370-6903.

There is a stop sign or street sign knocked down or completely missing. Whom do I call to get it repaired or replaced?

What do I do if I have an emergency water leak after hours or on the weekend (i.e., broken water pipe, hot water heater breaks, etc.)?

Call the Crowley Police Department at 817-297-2276. They will dispatch our "on-call" Public Works person to turn off your water so you may make repairs. Note: If it is NOT an emergency, an after-hours service call may be charged to your water account.

Whom do I call before I dig?

First, please check with the Permits Department at 817-297-2201 ext. 3000 to see if you need a permit for your project. After you have contacted the Permits Department and obtained the proper permit, please call Dig-Tess at 800-344-8377 for all utilities except water and sewer. Please note that there is a 48-hour notice requirement for line locates. If you have any additional questions, please contact Public Works Administration at 817-297-2201 ext. 3200.

Whom do I call if I have some tree limbs and/or brush that I need to dispose of?

You can dispose of small diameter tree limbs and/or brush with your regular trash pick-up. If the limbs and/or brush cannot be put in the regulation containers, it should be placed in bundles (not to exceed 48 inches in length) or disposable containers, not to weigh more than 50 pounds each, and placed on the curb on the second regularly scheduled day of collection.
