Online Permits System

The City of Crowley uses the MyGov permits system, which allows you to apply for most permits online. You can also submit plans and register as a contractor through this system.

“Collaborators” are contractors, applicants, or anyone else outside the City of Crowley who wants to use MyGov. The attached Collaborator Fact Sheet walks you through the process of setting up a collaborator account and using the MyGov system.

Visit MyGov to log in or create an account.

Please Note: Garage sale permits must be obtained in person at City Hall.

USING THE ELECTRONIC PLAN REVIEW (EPR) MODULE

If you submit your permit application online through MyGov, you will be required to use the Electronic Plan Review (EPR) system. All plans (including revisions/resubmittals) must be submitted through this system.

BEFORE YOU UPLOAD

Multiple Large Files

If you need to upload multiple files with large numbers of sheets, it is suggested to load one file at a time. After the "Stage Sheets" step is completed, return to this screen and repeat for the rest of the files.

Complete Later

At any point of the upload process click "Complete Later" to exit to the project overview.

If "Complete Later" is clicked in the "01. Upload Plans" step, any uploaded plans that are converting will continue to convert after exiting. This is helpful if you've uploaded several files that will take a while to convert.

If you'd like to "Complete Later" on the "Stage Sheets" step, be sure to click "Save" before exiting.
