Mayor Billy P. Davis
Bio
Mayor Davis has lived in Crowley for 30 years, and prior to serving as mayor for the last 16 years, he served on the City Council for four years. He is the owner of J. Davis Tree Care Services Inc., and is a Texas Certified Arborist.
