The Community Development Department is responsible for developing programs to retain, expand and attract businesses and residential investments to the city of Crowley and to coordinate activities in conjunction with civic and public groups.
On Feb. 4, 2016, the City Council passed Ordinance No. 02-2016-269 amending repealing Article IX "Housing Code" of Chapter 14 of the Code of Ordinances; providing that this ordinance shall be cumulative of all ordinances; providing a severability clause; providing for publication in the official newspaper and providing an effective date.
