The Crowley Police Department’s Police Records Section has a full-time Police Records clerk available to assist residents with requests for accident reports and/or police reports, as well as any Public Information Request as provided by Texas Law.
Hours of Operation
The Records Section is open during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. Walk-ins are accepted for police reports requests and/or to submit your
Public Information Request (PDF) in person.
Location
The Records Clerk's Office is housed in the department’s main lobby. If this door is locked, please proceed to the Jail Lobby next door where an on-duty dispatcher can assist you.
Report Requests
All reports and records requests
must be in writing (email is acceptable).

Cost of Copies
The cost for copies of police or accident reports is:
- 10 cents per page for reports
- $6 per accident report
- $1 per media disk
Availability
Please note that some police/accident reports or records may not be immediately available and will have to be processed. This may take a few days. Under Texas law, the department has 10 business days to respond to any Open Records requests.
