Duties


Utility Customer Service is a branch of the Finance Department.
Duties include:
  • Billing and payment collections for water, wastewater and solid waste services
  • Disconnecting and/or transferring existing services
  • Processing applications for new service
  • Processing service order requests from utility customers

Online Bill Pay


Online utility payments are now available. This convenient service is available 24 hours a day.

Fee


There is a $3 charge per transaction. (Currently, all transaction fees will be waived for the safety of our residents and employees. Charges will resume July 1.)

Pay by Telephone


Residents may now pay their utility bill by phone with Visa or MasterCard by calling 1-855-584-1277. Customers will need to know their account number.
